14: 00-15: 00: Audience members start coming in.  Starters are served at high tables.  Drinks + food included during this time.  

15: 00-15: 15: Audience members start getting seats down to assigned seats.  

15:15-15:30: Introduction TEDX video has been played.  Event host introduced organizing team + speakers + himself.  Introduction of theme + topics.  

15: 30-15: 50: the First speaker comes in - Masoom Minawala.  

15: 50-16:10: Event host thanks to Masoom.  Introduces a second speaker -Johan D'Haeseleer

15: 10-15: 30: Event host thanks to Johan D'Haeseleer.  Introduces third speaker Jouke Verlinden.

16: 30-16: 50: Event host thanks to Jouke Verlinden.  Introduces fourth speaker Akash Mehta.  

16:50-17:10: Organizers come on stage.  Everyone says a few words.  Thank you speeches the organizers.

 17:10: -17:15: Audience members respectfully leave the school auditorium.
